Description
The throttle pot is also known as the engager or throttle switch. Faulty throttle potentiometers can lead to “jerky” motion while throttling, or no motion at all. If you can attach your own wiring, you can save some money. We strongly recommend soldering the wiring for a proper connection. A patient mechanic with perfect eyesight might be able to thread the wires through the connector loops and crimp them securely, however, we discourage this in lieu of proper soldering.
